Left from a campsite in Solothurn this morning that Maurice managed to get discounted with his charm. Didn't get it for free though so personally I think he needs to work on that charm.
We absolutely boshed today with a cheeky average speed 19.9km/hr, which i'm pretty happy with considering the climb we had half way through today. After about 5 hours of cycling and 90km (planned to do around 30 today) later I've made it to Binningen just beside Basel. Lisa, Maurice and Alan left me at Liestal and headed back home. Thanks for feeding me and keeping me company for the start, gave me a huge boost.
Feels a bit weird and lonely now i'm on my own but I managed to make 20km to here ok, with only one stop to ask for directions so I reckon I can do about 1800 more... I'm now meeting with a friend, Flurina (who I met at the orphanage) and her Father who is letting me stay over here. A massive thank you to them both as I am sooooo excited to have a good shower and comfortable stay for the night!
Need to head off and plan where I am going to go tomorrow as I have no idea where I am and where's next!
