Left this morning about half 10 for my cycle. Alan and Linda met me at the school as they will be joining me to cycle for today, tomorrow and maybe a bit of Monday. Thought it might have been an easy day to start but we decided to go the scenic route and ended up climbing a lot of hills. We cycled through a few towns on the way to Neuchatel but can't remember the names of them... Was tough but really nice to see and no traffic. Think we will do slightly further tomorrow then will have an easyish day on Monday up to Basel.
After about 5 and a half hours and 75km after we made it to a campsite by Neuchatel Lake. It's pretty stunning but being a Saturday it's sooooo busy! Sitting in my tent with some hippy playing his guitar on my left side and a wakeboarding contest blasting some serious bass on my right. I'm shattered so if it keeps me up his guitar's going in the lake and so is he.
First time i've been in my tent with all my stuff and it's pretty cosy!
Feel like a right cringe writing all this crap but might keep me sane and also keep anyone up to date that's interested.
